Eat Better Dinners Ltd provides a meal plan service that offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscription terms.
When you sign up to our meal plan service via one of these options, you are committing to the term you have chosen. We unfortunately are not able to offer prorated refunds at this time.
At the end of your subscription term, we will automatically bill the card we have on file for you for the following period. Automatic billing will occur unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can always find all your billing information in the ?My Account? page.
Annual subscribers will be sent a reminder email 2 weeks before the next billing cycle.
Our automated system allows you to cancel your renewal at any time in your account by clicking on ?Cancel Subscription.? Your cancellation must be done by you, the subscriber, through our site and cannot be cancelled via an email request. When you cancel, you will still be able to access our meal plans through the end of the billing cycle that you?ve already paid for. There will be no refunds for late cancellation
The member is responsible for cancelling their monthly membership before the renewal date.
Eat Better Dinners publishes original meal plans 52 weeks of the year.
Meal plans may include updated versions of previous recipes.
Meal plans are distributed via email to your registered email address. It is your responsibility to check your junk/ spam folders and ensure email@example.com is flagged as a ?safe? sender within your email client.
USE OF MATERIALS AND COPYRIGHT
Eat Better Dinners is original material and copyright protected. It cannot be distributed or copied without permission. ?Photos are either original or licensed and cannot be copied from the website and used in a blog, article or any other online forum without specific permission from the Eat Better Dinners Team.
We?ve made our service affordable to allow greater accessibility. Each subscription is to be used and accessed by one household only. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription for password sharing or by distributing subscriber only content to another household. If we find that you are in violation of this agreement, we will automatically lock your account without a refund.
If you love our service, we encourage ?friend get friend? signups and regularly offer incentives for this. Therefore, do feel free to share the weekly emails with friends, just not the recipes and other content that sit behind the login area of the website.
PROTECTING YOUR ACCOUNT
Some parts of our website require username and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.

Cook times are based on the results of recipe tests conducted by our recipe testers in their kitchens. Preparation and Ready In times are indicative only and individual cook times may vary. Eat Better Dinners takes no responsibility for any illness or discomfort created by undercooking, unsafe food handling practices or using ?bad? ingredients.
ALLERGIES AND SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDING GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE)
Eat Better Dinners? meals are not designed to cater for allergies or specific or cultural dietary requirements. Most are ?naturally? gluten free, and all sauce and marinade recipes provided are gluten free. Eat Better Dinners meal plans are designed to be customisable and as you are purchasing your own ingredients you must take care and have all responsibility for ensuring the ingredients you use are allergen free as needed.
Our meal plans aim to provide healthy recipes, but we are not registered dieticians or health professionals. Nothing contained in our website should be construed as health advice or diagnosis. If you are concerned about your health, please consult with your doctor or alternate practitioners. If you require specific dietary advice, please contact a registered dietician.
MODIFICATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the company services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all company products and services are subject to change. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the company services.

Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.
